MetalShield is effective on all types of metal including copper, iron, magnesium and calcium. It is compatible with all types of pool surfaces and standard pool systems, including chlorine, bromine and salt For metal stain prevention:

MetalShield should be used weekly, as needed, to prevent metal staining. Add 3 ounces per 10,000 gallons of water once per week.
